In the past I was labelled with Anxiety and Panic Disorder as a child and out of all the things that I have learnt to support this, the BREATH is the most powerful. It is free, we all have access to it and at any point in time, anywhere. It can bring us back to a state of calm almost instantly and has become so popular in the past few years. With all the things I have read and learnt about breath, I realise I have only just scratched the surface of how powerful it can be.

Having walked through the journey himself living with pain, addition and low energy, Josh helps people overcome fear and anxiety to live a life of freedom.
